We explore and prioritise your AI opportunities, build a working AWS-based prototype for your most promising use case, and deliver a roadmap to scale beyond the program.
Collaborative workshops to explore your AI opportunities and deliver a prioritised roadmap with feasibility, cost estimate, and business impact.
A fully functional AWS-based prototype of your most promising use case — ready to test with real users and generate data-driven insights for your go/no-go decision.
A clear roadmap for taking your prototype to production, including technical requirements, resource needs, and an implementation timeline.
Ready to build and scale AI-powered solutions with proven technology — or considering moving to AWS from other providers.
Digital and non-digital companies experimenting with integrating AI into their offerings.
Teams with project ideas facing budget constraints, priority issues, or lacking in-house AI expertise.

About:
Highlighted AWS GenAI project
Objective: Create a multilingual, agentic conversational travel assistant that runs entirely on AWS and can be integrated by major OTA companies.
Key features:
Outcome: Demonstrated scalable agentic RAG orchestration at production-scale traffic, with MVP rollout planned for multi-tenant OTA expansion.
Highlighted AWS GenAI project
Objective: Build an AI-powered, document-aware discovery response platform that lets legal teams generate accurate, objection-ready responses to interrogatories.
Key features:
Outcome: Shipped a production-ready discovery response MVP in active use by litigation teams and law firms across multiple US states, reducing time-to-draft and review cycles. Growing $5000 MRR.
Yes – for selected teams, the accelerator is completely free with no strings attached. Apex Lab funds the initial discovery workshops, and AWS co-funds the proof-of-concept development. If you want a broader scope than the program typically supports, partial co-funding from your side may be required, but that choice is yours.
Very little: we need your presence for the workshops (max 2x2 hours) and availability for clarification questions during the build phase. For the workshops, we require at least one product/business person and one technical expert.
You go from idea → scoped use case → working prototype + roadmap to MVP/production. You’ll have a functional AI prototype ready for testing and validation (not production-ready yet).
We prefer companies that have reached product-market fit, but the opportunity is open to everyone. The higher the expected AWS consumption of your GenAI service, the more time AWS sponsors us to build it with you.
Relevant for both non-AWS users and teams already on AWS. This is not a restricting factor.
The process and costs from workshop to prototype handover are covered by Apex Lab and AWS. You get a working prototype without incurring engineering costs. This program doesn’t include AWS credits, but we can help you apply for them separately as AWS Partners.
There is no deadline; we accept applications on a continuous basis. Apply whenever the timing is right.
Join the GenAI Accelerator program and get your AWS-funded full-stack prototype in 6 weeks, plus a clear roadmap to production.
